By accessing this website or engaging Vyridian LLC ("Vyridian," "we," "us") for services, you agree to these terms. Services are provided on the basis of mutually agreed scopes of work, proposals, or statements of work, which together with these terms form the agreement between you and Vyridian.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We collect only the information you provide to us, such as your name, email, business details, and project information submitted through forms or email. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, deliver services, and communicate with you.

We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted third-party tools (for example, email and analytics providers) that process limited data on our behalf. You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us at hello@vyridian.studio.

All projects are delivered according to an agreed scope of work. Work, features, or deliverables not expressly included in that scope are considered out of scope and may require a separate agreement, additional time, and additional fees.

Changes requested after a scope is agreed ("scope changes") will be assessed and may affect timelines and cost. We will communicate any such impact before proceeding.

Pricing displayed on this website is indicative and may change without notice. Final pricing is determined by the scope, complexity, and timeline of each project, as set out in a written quote or proposal.

Unless otherwise agreed, deposits or milestone payments may be required before work begins or continues. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Vyridian delivers software, automation, AI systems, and advisory services to a professional standard. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, growth, rankings, or performance results, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

AI systems in particular may produce variable or imperfect output and should be reviewed by a human before relying on them for important decisions.

Clients are responsible for providing timely access, accurate information, content, credentials, and feedback needed to complete the work. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and delivery.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of delivered systems complies with applicable laws, platform terms, and industry regulations relevant to their business.

Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for a client transfers to that client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vyridian retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how.

Third-party components, libraries, and services remain subject to their own licenses. Unless agreed otherwise, we may reference completed work in our portfolio.

Support and maintenance are provided as described in the relevant agreement or retainer. Support outside of an active agreement, or for issues caused by third-party changes or client modifications, may be billed separately.

Vyridian is not liable for outages, data loss, or issues arising from third-party platforms, hosting providers, or services outside our direct control.
