Scope

EXIT WHEN: You approve the scope in writing. From here the quote is the price.

Design

Interface, data, and AI behavior decided before production code — you see the drawing before we build it.

YOU SEE: Screens, data structure, and AI behavior on paper, while changing them is still cheap.
WE PRODUCE: The drawing: interface layouts, the data model, and written rules for how any agent may act.
EXIT WHEN: You approve the drawing. Later changes are re-scoped in writing, not silently absorbed.

Build

Short cycles with working software at every check-in and no silent months.

YOU SEE: A link you can click at every check-in — working software, not a status report.
WE PRODUCE: The system, built in short cycles that each end in something that runs.
EXIT WHEN: Everything in the scope document exists and works. No silent months on the way.

Review

05 / 07

Tested against the success criteria from step 02 — under real conditions, not demo conditions.

YOU SEE: The system doing the real job — your data, your accounts, your edge cases.
WE PRODUCE: A test pass against every success criterion written in sheet 02, and fixes for what fails.
EXIT WHEN: The criteria pass under real conditions. Demo conditions don't count.

Launch

Deployed, documented, and handed over for your team to operate and own outright.

YOU SEE: The system live in production and a walkthrough of how to operate it.
WE PRODUCE: Deployment, documentation, and the handover: code, accounts, and credentials in your name.
EXIT WHEN: Your team runs it without us in the room. You own every line.

We stay available for improvements and expansion — retainer optional, never required.

YOU SEE: The people who built the system, one email away.
WE PRODUCE: Fixes, improvements, and extensions as you ask for them — scoped and quoted like everything else.
